Fulfillment Policy
Replacement Policy: Customers are eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:
The product was delivered damaged or defective.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests must include photos of the broken item and the box. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A replacement will be sent within 7-10 business days.

Shipping and Delivery Policy: We offer the free shipping options:
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $9.99
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $35. We currently ship to all states within the U.S., excluding P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Return Policy and Process: Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged upon delivery. Please see Replacement Policy.
Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:
The cancellation request is made before the order has shipped.
To cancel an order or subscription, contact our customer service team with your order or account details. For shipped orders, cancellations cannot be processed.
General Disclaimers
All of our candles are made from locally recycled bottles, therefore imperfections in the glass and/or labels should be expected and celebrated.
